The following press release is from the International Journal for Educational Integrity:

"The recently-launched, refereed International Journal for Educational Integrity [ISSN 1833-2595] intends to provide a forum to address educational integrity topics: "plagiarism, cheating, academic integrity, honour codes, teaching and learning, university governance, and student motivation." The journal, to be published two times a year, is sponsored by the University of South Australia. Forum Goals

  1. To improve academic integrity at Saint Louis University
  2. To promote a dialogue between students and faculty regarding the subject of academic integrity
  3. Provide a resource for information regarding academic integrity

Forum Objectives
  1. Define academic integrity and academic dishonesty within the context of the University’s mission.
  2. Explore the role of both faculty and students in the promotion of academic integrity and the prevention of academic dishonesty.
  3. Assist students and faculty in dealing with situations involving academic dishonesty.
  4. Explore Student Honor Code as an option for improving academic integrity.
  5. Help students and faculty become familiar with the policies/procedures regarding violations of academic integrity within selected schools at Saint Louis University.
